How To Get A Good Electrician

I would like to know which of these two should I consider to become a residential & commercial electrician. Which of the two would also help me get licensed upon completion of the program/school for someday start my own business.

I live in California.

Any licensed experienced electrician's advice would be much appreciated.

I'm confused on who does who when building a house. I know theres electricians that wire the whole house from top to bottom, but do the people who do that also do minor jobs such as installing a fan, or repairing a circut, stuff like that. Are there 2 different people who do that? And if so, who makes more?

Yes you are correct, although they are not mutually exclusive.
There are construction electricians and service electricians in the residential world.
Service guys generally troubleshoot problems, add receps, add lights and ceiling fans, etc.
Residential electricians work very hard and do not make that much. Service electricians make more, but sometimes have to scam their customers to make more.
Generally speaking, union electricians (IBEW) make more.

Episode 1 - Overflowing Is Embarrassing

Story: The story revolves around the main character, Karin, the middle child in a family of vampires who immigrated to Japan two centuries earlier. However, Karin is different from the rest of the family in that she produces blood instead of feeding on it; because of this, she has to inject blood by biting someone or else she suffers exaggerated nosebleeds.(In manga and anime nosebleeds are also a metaphor for sexual attraction; as Karin is a coming of age story dealing with her first love, the nosebleed imagery does double-duty.) Because of her unusual condition, Karin lives her life just as an ordinary teenage girl would, despite being considered something of a freak by her family. She is able to venture outside during the day and attend high school, and follows the sleep pattern of normal humans. However, the general peacefulness of her life is disrupted with the arrival of a new transfer student, Kenta Usui.
