How should I address my boss?
He's been trying to set me up, I won't go into the whole
story, it's too long. I am 57 and I think he just wants to get
rid of me due to my age. I have saved this place money,
I am an Industrial Electrician who put in security system
so they wouldn't have to call someone in from the outside.
I come to work everyday and do my job. He now wants
me to come in for a meeting tomorrow.
You made me laugh, WW! Looks as
if there is age discrimination on
here as well as no one else is replying!
Age shouldnt have a thing to do with it..Darn I'm not but a couple years younger than you.. You are experienced in your field and could teach alot of younger whipper snappers a thing or 2. Just dont let him rial you up on this issue.Just tell him you are a loyal employee and you need to work. So you think he wants to get rid of you because of age. That's a crock of bull if you ask me. Go in that meeting and be confident in your words and dont back down to him. Dont let him get rid of you because of age. Cause you got him over a barrel .. Isnt it called discrimation for him to fire you on that account? Wishing you all the best on this …
Talk soon,

Okay, get a box big enough to fit him in and address

him to POSTMASTER 0000 anywhere street anywhere
city anywhere state and zip code. Take him to the PO
then. He sounds like he needs to be shipped somewhere.
Seriously, see what he says first and if it's baloney, you be honest and ask him why and tell him how you feel.
By the way, I answered the same way to someone else
today so don't give me best answer even if no one else
answers this. I just wanted to put address him to etc
again as I answered this to someone else earlier and
they laughed and said good one and the whole question
got deleted! I get a compliment and it gets deleted,
what else is new?
