Jarrod Welchel, an electrician for A-Lectric of Columbia, replaces a parking lot light yesterday along Blue Ridge Road. Welchel had pleasant working conditions as the temperature reached a high of 67 degrees, according to gauges at Sanborn Field at the University of Missouri.
