Can electrical contractors in Florida use electricians from staffing companies?
I have been unable to find any Florida law or regulation that prohibits electrical contractors from using staffing companies to supplement their workforce, yet some companies still believe that is the case.
Does anyone know the answer or where to direct me for more information? Thanks!
If the electricians from staffing companies are legally allowed to work in the US and have the certifications / license to work in florida as an electrician, I do not see any reason why a contractors can not supplement his staff with personnel from a staffing company.

If they are nonunion and their is one Journeyman on the job, he can direct these people in placing boxes, pulling wire, and bending conduit.
