There’s another version of this on YouTube with John Cleese, Marty Feldman and Tim Brooke-Taylor among the actors. I don’t know who actually wrote this sketch but I don’t think it’s the exclusive brainchild of Monty Python. I think it’s unofficially regarded as ‘the common property of comedy’ - which is a good thing in my view.

and what do you mean “people” - are you saying all the people who leave comments are fake robots or something?
the fact that their stories are not true (eg “our father would kill us”) is what makes it a comedy as they are clearly exaggerating. everybody knows that monty python is comprised of a group of ACTORS - actors who play different characters and work off scripts - duh!
learn to appreciate the comedy for what it is…
