There is no unclarity in the second amendment THE PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT to OWN and Bear ARMS. Simple no nobel prize winning writer can reinterpret that, but if attempted it will be pure bull. The patriot act agenda 21 is in direct conflict with the second amendment. If a group of people wish to gather on private property with firearms and act in concert to protect themselves from any group that wished them harm guess what. Creating a militia would be self defeating. In the past the number of weapons were limited and it was guns and cannons. What could a militia do against stealth bombers, missiles, satellite tracking, and nukes. The best thing to do is to end our dependence on a centralized government and become self sufficient.
