The Oversight Committee holds a hearing, “Examination of AEY Contracts with the U.S. Government.” The hearing addresses failures by AEY, Inc., to provide weapons and ammunition under contracts with the United States Government, and the deficiencies within the government that allowed AEY to be awarded these and other contracts. There are a lot of people who should be fired over all te the nonsense that has gone on. I have bumper stickers that I give out to people. It simply states a quote from Harry Truman when he was a senator. The quote is
“Profiteering in wartime is tantamount to treason”. Everyone involved in awarding and accepting this contract should be tried for treason.
